How does the station work?

The user scans the QR code on the station and follows the customer journey on their smartphone up to a card pre-authorisation.

Once the card pre-authorisation is approved, the user collects the equipment from the unlocked module.

The user borrows the tender during their boat trip. Payment is taken once the equipment has been returned and locked!

Receive the equipment kits and the station at the location of your choice. The station is delivered on a pallet. Installation is simple.
Suitable for all ground types, the station can be installed on concrete, a pontoon, sand or soil with a ballast module (optional)
No heavy handling
Easy dismantling (for winter storage if needed).
For operation on public land, Playa Rent helps you obtain an AOT (public land-use permit for a business).

Brand-new, high-quality, approved tenders, designed and made in France by TAHE Outdoors (formerly BIC Sport).

Choose a uniform station: identical tenders, all the same colour and neatly lined up. Your station looks more harmonious and more attractive in your marina.

Option B: You reuse your existing tenders

Already have a fleet of tenders? You can buy the dispenser without the tenders: BoatynGo adapts to your existing equipment.

FAQ - your questions about Boaty'nGo

How do you make sure users return the equipment?

Each user registers a card pre-authorisation when renting. If equipment is not returned or is damaged, the operator can directly charge the amount for the equipment concerned. Proper return is also ensured by the next user, who checks the condition of the equipment before starting their own rental. It is a collaborative system that makes every user accountable.

How does on-site installation work?

The station can be adapted to any type of ground. Commissioning is quick thanks to our detailed installation guide and the support of our teams.

Where are Boaty'nGo stations made?

Boaty’nGo stations are designed and manufactured in western France by our local industrial partners. The stations are produced in Montreuil-Juigné near Angers and the boats in Vannes.

How profitable is a Boaty'nGo station for a marina?

The station generates revenue on its own, without tying up your staff. Return on investment depends on traffic and the pricing you choose.

Can I charge for tender rental?

Yes: you set your own pricing policy. Rental can be free or paid. Set your prices in the dedicated app.
